Horrible service

I am still waiting on the ***** department to get back to me regarding my 3 claims, I still get emails to say that someone will call me back but that does not happen. I put a claim through for 3 amounts, however nothing has been done, I did request for my matter to be escalated further regarding the refuted outcome that was sent out for one claim, what about the others?
