Horrible service

I had closed my FNB credit card in Dec 2023, was advised it will update on the credit bureaus in 60 days, i have been calling fnb and sending emails to have them update this on the credit bureaus to no avail, some of the agents even asked me how they should do it.

Please can you look into this and have the credit card removed or updated to closed on the credit bureaus asap.
