Horrible service

I have been trying to close my premier credit card since the 16th September even did the telephonic interview with Nomhle Ngubeni and nothing has been done. I called in today and was told to wait ANOTHER 3 working days. And this is exactly why I want to leave FNB there's hardly any accountability you get transferred to irrelevant departments which is a waste of time.
