Horrible service

I spoke to an agent by the name Vongani Maziba this morning to make a payment arrangement ,we spoke on Secure chat, that thing should be closed, most of the agents there are so rude. Horrible experience, so the agent sets up a debit order without my permission before confirming anything, there is no record of me confirming a payment date ,he now goes and tell me ,it MUST BE on that day ,I say I don't want that day cancel the arrangement ,he just goes and send me numbers to call to cancel. So He/she can arrange but not cancel. I don't know how they being trained at FNB whether they look at ones profile and decide on how the tone will be for that client or they look at our names and surname. This morning I have been treated utterly rude and was disrespected by someone who does not see the need to treat customer fairly and politely. Highly disappointed. Please cancel that self -proclaimed debit order by Vongani. Horrible Customer service sir/madam.
