Horrible service!!!

I would like Fnb connect to reverse the debit that was unauthorized today... I specifically requested for the debit to go off on my pay day and not before.... I will not wait 7 days because someone failed to do their job properly.... I need those funds back into my account by COB... Such poor service... Bring transfered from one person to another...
