Horrible service

Their service deserves a minus 5. I have an ongoing application and i was told to wait 48 hours. But that was 3 days ago. Today their social media team says “why don’t i follow up myself” the audacity to treat customers like this. Even with escalations no on has bothered to contact me or reach out to me. They call it a “high priority” escalation but this is the worst service to ever exist.
