Horrible Service

I went to the FNB store today to try get a Samsung Galaxy A tablet, upon entering the store I wasn't greeted, I then approached the two ladies and asked if there was stock and they rep**** no, I then asked if any other branch had stock and they said one of the JHB branches might. They didn't bother offer to ask to check and carried on with their conversation. I then decided to try order the device online which was fine until I tried to enter my shipping address and there wasn't enough space to enter it as I required the product shipped to my work address. But due to limited spacing I couldn't enter the full address. I then got the brochure which is valid from 21November 2016 until 31 January 2017 and sent a sms as per the instructions on the bottom of the page only to get a message saying the service is no longer active. What a pathetic display from FNB and it's staff. 3 attempts and methods to get one product and they all are useless. They then want to charge me R169 to deliver the product because their staff at their branches are useless and can't help their customers just pathetic.
