Horrible service

What is the point of having online chats if you don't get a solution????. What's the use of easy zero account, I regret opening that account in the 1st place??? I need to pay my rent and I can't because it does not allow me to do transfers above 3000. How am I supposed to pay my bills??? I can't even transfers between my accounts. A consultant just told me that I will need to transfer 3000 every day to get the amount I need??? And when should I pay my bill and rent. This is nonsense. You can't tell me FNB as big as it is, you can't assist????
