Horrible service

For someone who is a customer at FNB I am saddened by the horrible service I got from Kemedi at the fnb 4th Merchant in Sandton.

She is was rude and condescending when I arrived and I asked for assistance in regards to my home affairs booking. What horrible service at the branch.
