Horrible Service

I called FNB today from 8AM until 9:30 the last call i made i spoke with Anita who said her team leader is Claudine Anita placed me on hold for over 10 minutes without letting me know what is happening. I have a loan account with fnb all i wanted was to know what is happening to that loan account My ID number *** Sangweni KH. please assist me with this account as your agent they just transfer you or dont know anything they are clueless my number ***
