Horrible service

I am very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from FNB. It has taken 2 years to update my ITC status. Every time I apply for a home loan, I keep receiving a report of a temporary loan that I took in 2019, until today it has not been cleared off my name. After countless attempts to sort this issue, I'm still being told to wait another 14 days after which still doesn't guarantee that my name will be cleared. I have requested a settlement letter for more than 3 weeks now, with no luck. I am really considering changing my bank now. This has been such an inconvenience to my part.
