Horrible service

I was trying to report weird activity on my account and I was using the chat feature on my banking app. I was speaking to a Makubu moloi. I was explaining to him the amounts were not making sense. He wasn’t helpful at all, nothing was resolved, I don’t even think he was even reading the messages I was sending to him or reading to understand. He thereafter exited the chat without resolve or proper assistance. This is the 2nd time now I’m having trouble with my FNB account with amounts not making sense.
