Horrible service

Since Fnb staff is working from home their service is now pathetic and highly unprofessional. You can never get hold of anyone because they are too busy with their own lives. I cannot get hold of the personal loans department tried calling a few times. I'm very disappointed with fnb and how they treat their clients
