HORRIBLE ***** SERVICE

***** on my account. 8 x Transactions on my virtual card of 388.78 in quick succession.

No request on my end to authorize these payments and FNB consultants have "investigated" and say their system is not to blame but I didn't approve nor make any purchase of any goods!

Please can I be further assisted in this matter as FNB seems to be a BIG SECURITY RISK.
