Horrible service

Again terrible service. My husband followed all the procedures to close his one business account on the 26st of July. They told him to leave R 53 in the account for fees. Almost a month later and the account still isn't closed and the full month's fee went off on the 21st of August of R 265. This caused the bank account to go into overdraft. This is unacceptable.
