Horrible service

I'm truly tired with fnb, I've been waiting on the line 20 to speak to someone when I finally got through I was told to hold for another 20 minutes, only for my query to be unresolved, PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU CAN REINSTATE MY FUNERAL POLICY OR NOT, The horrible service was the reason I canceled in the 1st place
