Horrible service

The service is in hell. I send an instruction last week to transfer my Retirement Annuity out. I didn't get no acknowledgement of my instruction and I then uploaded same instruction online still no acknowledgement from FNB investments. What kind of business are you conducting where you dont care to update your client on their instructions. Please process this transfer and send me confirmation today that you are processing. This is bull**** maan
