HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have received the worst service from FNB regarding my pension back loan. An individual by the name of Nicholas Govender who has sent me from pillar to post for the past three weeks even though the turn around time says 7 days has to date not properly assisted me. Everyday I am on the phone with FNB consultant. Requested numerous times that Nicholas Govender contacts me as he is dealing with my application he promises to call but never does I dont know if he even exist as he just deliver service.
