Horrible Service

FNB Chat service and call center is the most useless bunch I have ever come across, I have been trying to authorise a smart ID for the past 3 days without success, I have chatted and spoken to so many people and this has not been resolved. This is delaying my application process. At this point I am beyond frustratede, I dont know why it would take so long to resolve an issue
