Horrible service
On the 06-12-2019 my girlfriend ordered a laptop on fnb smart device we received the quote on email she agreed to the quoted terms and was told that the device would be delivered in 7 working day it is now the 22-12-2019 and after countless phone calls to the fnb call centre they now tell us that the order was never confirmed?? After confirming a delivery address and receiving emails to confirm that it is approved and that the laptop will be delivered. This was going to be my sons christmas present and now we are not getting any assistance from fnb. Extremely terrible service from fnb, your have now ruined an 13 year old boys Christmas.

23 Dec 2019, 16:49Ok so after numerous emails from fnb promising to resolve this, fnb has found the order "witch was never confirmed" and now there is apparently a problem with the bank account we are now once again going on 5 o'clock and still there is no real solution in sight stop blame shifting and take responsibility of your mistake and get the laptop to us.
