Horrible service

I called this debit order disputed when the lady picked up she was having a conversation in the background with her friend she was so uprupt and said I must go the branch , I hung up called again and the same person answered she asked me my Id number twice I ended up getting irritated and asked her “again” she raised her voice and asked me “what do I mean again” and dropped the call as I was re confirming my Id number to her
