Horrible service!!!
I had a temporary loan which unfortunately due to my circumstances changing i could not pay as a once off. They handed over the account to lawyers of which i had an arrangement in place by debit order!!! I have never for once missed the agreed amount with the lawyers. I put 7500 in my account last week which was meant to buy my children flight tickets from Nigeria and they just took 4100 from it despite the agreement in place!!! Now my children are stuck in Nigeria
