Horrible Service

I opened an account in December 2019. Then I did an EFT from my other account to my FNB account. 3 Days later, the money is not reflecting and I followed up, only to be told the account is blocked for fica reasons. But when I opened the account I produced my ID and proof of residence. I find this so annoying, now I miss my fees payment deadline because of FNB! Why didn't they communicate? Should I produce FICA documents every month? If this is the FNB way, then its better to leave you guys before its too late!
