Horrible service

This is really annoying FNC,everytime when i have to call the call center its bad service,you call center agents are sooo *********** and i was kept on hold yesterday for 45 minutes and the call was disconnected, you guys have out a hold on my savings account and i want it lifted now.

And your agents have attitude,spoke to Nosiphiwe Biyela and i must say i'm not happy.Call me urgently
