Horrible Service

FnB card division states they have been trying to call me and I get the in app messages but not ONCE has a call been received where i spoke to someone. The number isnt blocked but the person calls, i answer and they drop the call.

This has been ongoing since Dec25. Such ***** business practices by people who are employed but do everything BUT do their jobs. My account fees in action right here!!!!!
