Horrible service

FNB I have not received my card to this day. I did not receive a call from yoir courier company DSV to confirm when the card will be delivered till I called them on 29 December to confirm what's happening. They promised to deliver the card today the 31st which who their driver arrived at 8 am at my office and was not willing to either wait or return back later or even leave the bank card at the branch for me to collect. Now I am being told I missed my appointment tough luck after I received a message from your courier DSV someone will be in touch from the 1 of December. It's the 31st I am still without a bank card. Pathetic
