Horrible servi e from FNB ***** DPT

I recieved an email from FNB ***** department on the 5th of August about a transaction on my account they asked for documents which I sent to them a few days after recievibg the email from *****go Morema today I called the department since I have not recieved any response to my surprise no one could assist me I was taken from pillar to post yet all documents they asked for were sent to them my account has been put on hold I am unable to transact of my account yet no one at FNB is willing to assist I was happy to open my account with them but now I am regretting my decision I will not recommend this bank to anyone their staff seems *********** I was put on hold for 20min because I asked to speak to a supervisor until my airtime got finished.
