Horrible Quicksell consultants at FNB

I have had the absolute worst customer service with the FNB Quick sell department. Customer service is horrible and extremely slow.

The consultant that I was given seems to be a bit too busy for me or she is overwhelmed and doesn’t know how to handle her work load. She doesn’t respond to emails, her work number is always disengaged. Getting hold of her is a mission.

The next issue is the evaluator that was supposed to assist me doesn’t keep her word when I requested for her to call me back, she never did.

I’m stuck with a house that I want to sell but the Quick sell consultants seem to not be interested

I am disappointed in the Poor customer service and horrible communication from consultants
