Horrible pathetic service

I am starting to get very annoyed by FNB, I have several times tried to stop some debit orders but getting ignored, and yet they charge me the fee. They cannot assist with anything as per their slogan, for me its very easy I will close my premium account and move to Capitec or any other reputable bank. They are charging excessive fees of over 500 per month and yet I get no service. I am very ****ed with them
