HORRIBLE MESS

I highly disappointed the way FNB handle their accounts that are handed over, my account went from one collector to another and when I finally get to pay up the credit the account has been allocated to another collect and to my knowledge I have paid up my loan with Nimble group and now Barrets and associates areharrasing me on the account that I have paid up.

Can FNB contact me regarding this mess.
