Horrible Merchant Services

I am a merchant client with FNB. Logged a request from the 10th Sep to update account details, To date I am still waiting for their so called RTM to be resolved. I mean when I open the merchant account it was within minutes but now to update my details it takes forever?

FNB I have been using you guys for years but this time you destroyed my business
