Horrible, Ignorance not helpful Bank at all

I apply for holiday payments and send email 31 May 2020,Emailed to few people as well and no one is interested to reply me. I am working in Day Care Centre and because of this pandemic I have no income coming so I ask for Assistance and seems like FNB is not willing to help me, and also I have a son that got Autism and he goes for chemo for his tumor in his leg. So I am frustrated and helpless at this time. Because I don't know what to do has FNB don't give any reply to me.
