HORRIBLE, I HAVE O WAIT FOR 24 - 48 HRS

Never in my life did I think changing banks to FNB, I would be inconvenienced the way I was inconvenienced today. In December I went into FNB at ****arney to activate my new gold cheque account, took more than 20 minutes just for a card activation. I spoke to a consultant over the phone that advised that my card can be activated with a proof of address that i can get from my landlord since i had just moved in where I was staying. consultant sent me a declaration letter through email stating that i stay at the stated address signed by my landlord. First inconvenience started when i walked into the bank with the letter that was signed by my landlord, where i was advised by the consultant at ****arney that the letter does not qualify for activation i need to go to my previous bank and get a bank statement, which i did. came back and the card was later on activated. in the process of the card being activated, i never requested for the card to be activated on the limited on R3000. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH A LIMIT OF R3000? my rent is not even R3000.00 . today is the 31st my rent is due today and i am unable to pay my rent i have to penalised for the late p payment. I demand for this matter to be resolved and i want this to be fixed. First of all I work i don’t have the time to be standing gin long queues. why was i not asked as to how much I want my limit to be set on ?
