Horrible, Horrible Horrible Service. I'm done.

I have been with FNB for 25 years, but it is time that I find a better bank, their service just deteriorated to the point where getting assistance on the most basic of things is a nightmare. I app**** for a personal loan, when applying I put the 28th as the amount for the debit to go off. My salary gets paid on the 25th but from a different bank so only CLEARS on the 26th. They debit the account every month on the 25th. Their online chat people were useless to understand that I wish to move the debit order date from the 25th to the 28th as some times it might only be paid in by the 27th and I don't have money for bouncing debit orders. Eventually a lady on the chat service said I should phone *** and get assistance there. After holding for a rep to take my call for 10 minutes, the person on the other end merely picked up the phone and hung it up without saying a word. I have had enough of this, what kind of training are you giving the people that work there? After being a good customer with zero late payments or any drama this is how I get treated? I'm done with FNB. Time to move on.
