Horrible FNB limits and card orders
I rely on some internationally based subscriptions like Adobe, which I rely on heavily to do my job. FNB declined my subscription fee of $60.94 because I reached the monthly limit of R2500. This limit cannot be increased on the FNB app, and I had to go through 4 different operators to finally figure out that the forex department is the only one that can help. The forex department is only open from 8 am-4 pm ( because the whole world obviously operates according to South African time zones ).
I also ordered a card to be delivered 3 weeks ago that just somehow never registered on their systems, so I had to call the bank and place another order. Who knows if and when that will arrive.
Don't bother going into a branch, because all the consultants will do is put you on a phone line with the same people that haven't been able to resolve the issues in the first place...the same phone consultants that told you to go into a branch.
At my wit's end with FNB. Possibly the worst banking experience I have ever had.
