Horrible FNB Home loans service - potential new customers beware!!
FNB Home loans says that one can expect a turn-around time of 7-14 days. Well, today is day 31 (weekdays), and when following up, I'm faced with "We need you to send 3 months payslips through" - this after sending 6 payslips on 10 September with the rest of the documentation.
The audacity to treat an existing customer like garbage is totally beyond me. Then to buy more time with stupid requests.
