Horrible FNB Connect and FNB Secure Chat Service

I wanted to know how much I still need to pay on my FNB devices, because FNB still makes it VERY difficult to get these totals for some reason. I'm sure there is something in the law about this?

I went onto the Secure Chat and got to FNB Connect section and was transferred to a Mhlupheki, Otumile that told me I have to email fnb for the details, but i know for a fact that I always get this info immediately like this.

It is people like this that give FNB a bad name , that usually drops calls, transfers, refuses to help etc. Go look into this person's help record and make some choices about it.

I eventually got to a Kershane Jantjies that assisted me with this info, that proves it was possible for the previous lazy person to get it for me.
