Horrible FNB

On two occasions, different branches (Birch Acres and Festival Mall) I received horrible experience from the consultants because I'm a passport holder! One consultant comment from Birch Acres branch was 'Stokvels are not for foreigners,only for SAns'. Mind you I have been a signatory and FNB customer for years! The consultant from Festival Mall made a horrible face when I took my passport and asked if I'm a local?? What kind of service is this,in 2024? Bad,bad **************
