Horrible first impression

The worst experience ever tried and failed doing it online for days and ended up giving up and going to a branch like it’s 1999 it took me hours to open an account with system errors only to find out that my account doesn’t work after trying to send money multiple times it has a”hard stop” or something like that, nobody calls me or tell me anything, then I go to the Alberton voortrekker where I wait for over an hour and a half as the stuff picks and chooses people and not use the ticket system I ended up just leaving it seems it’s not worth having, I don’t know why people still put up with this I found a guy waiting over 3 hours in the bank. In this day and age it’s not worth it shame
