Horrible experience with this bank

Im going through a horrible experience with this bank, there was ***** that went through my chegue account where money was being withdrawned out of my bank account through blocked cards. Having a revolving loan with the bank so I was unable to close account because I was told it's linked to revolving and I should settle the loan first. Now I've settled the loan but they dragging their feed when they suppose to close it. I want these account to be closed so I can be able to close cheque account, but I can't because it's linked with revolving. I must now pay interest for the account I'm not using. I went to the forest city mall branch to get help consultants with no joy they are dishonest and keep lying to me telling to me that they will call me once is closed but I'm still waiting. I always use my petrol to get help at the branch and on top of that I must pay interests on the account I'm using,so disgusted.
