Horrible experience with PayPal linking to fnb

Been going to Fnb branches the whole week trying to link my bank account to my PayPal. First I had to wait 24hrs for the online portal to work.. Mind you I'm an fnb customer. Then I had to submit documents to be approved. Now I have to bring a laptop to the branch while the branch has a self service computer. How inconvenient and *********** is that? I don't have a laptop and the amount of airtime used to call them only to still not be helped 4 days later is insane. I'm utterly disappointed and exhausted Fnb Kimberley branches can definitely do better
