Horrible experience opening a business account

Exceptionally poor customer service with opening a business account. After 6 days of no follow up or call from FNB and all docs submitted and bank card had been received I called FNB and I was put on hold and put through to 7 different departments to be told that my account is on hold and that it will be escalated as all documents have been received and that it will take 1-3 business days but no reason as to why it is on hold or what the account information is.
