Horrible experience from FNB with PayPal setup.

I registered to be a bank account user with FNB but no one has called me back as promised. I've registered with PayPal(using an online banking profile) so I can link my non FNB account. I was advised i need to supply a copy of my ID and a proof of residence. I've called a total of 4 times and only got through about twice. On both occasions I received the incorrect email address to send the necessary documents to. This is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant and time consuming. It's unfortunate to that I have to use FNB because i have to have money sent to me from abroad using PayPal and they are the only bank I can go through. I don't have airtime to keep on calling FNB and need someone to call back urgently
