Horrible experience

Horrible experience Had no problems opening 2 accounts for my minor children. After a week we still did not receive bank cards, went to the branch and was told the cards were never ordered but they can give us cards on the spot but it will not have names on at no cost as no cards were received. Deposit money into accounts, when children tried using money iy was declined. Went to ATM for balance and all the money was gone. They had taken money for new cards aswell as R10 for declined purchases and R 5 for ATM use. Went back to branch were I was told it is a fault on their side and they have lodged a query and money will be paid back in 3 days. After a week it has still not been paid back, went back to branch this morning just to be told they are still busy and will call me. It has now been a month since opening accounts and it has been nothing but problems
