Horrible experience

I had a residual account with FNB due to charges incurred on a previous cheque account. This account was handed over to Nimble collections. I made payment in September after Nimble confirmed the discounted settlement they received from FNB. It took almost 2 months to receive a settlement letter from Nimble. I have called FNB numerous times to ask about the balance that still reflects as CBS legal. Nobody seems to know when the amount will be written off or if it will be written. Yesterday FNB asked that I make payment arrangments on the balance and Nimble today is also asking for payments. So which is it. It can't be this difficult to get answers from FNB. I've spoken to Marcel, Martha Wesi, Zanele Masango and Pinky, still nothing!
