Horrible experience

I have a very horrible experience with FNB ***** department as I have a business account with them and they put my account on hold and FNB IS ACCUSING OF DOING ***** I AM SICK AND TIRED OF RUNNING AROUND WHOLE DAY FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE OPENED AS I DID NOT COMMIT ANY ******* ACTIVITIES AS I HAVE PROVIDED ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
