Horrible Decision.

I signed up for a FreeStyle Checking account to have my new paycheck automatically deposited into with a promotional offer to get $400 after 3 months and so much in auto-deposit and using their online bill pay so many times. **If my account was in good standing** I mistakenly set up a bill pay the day before my paycheck went in and it ended up obviously overdrawing my account. I had to pay over $100 in bank fees to bring my account back to good standing (even though they waived about $70). While on the phone with a manager figuring all this out, she offered to upgrade my account for free since I was working for a preferred company in the area. I never received my welcome packet for the new account like she said I would, it was no longer a free account, and I didn't get free check ordering like she said I would. After I switched my paycheck to deposit into a different account and I spent my money out of the account down to $3, i procrastinated closing the account, go figure it would harm me in the ling run. After a month of no deposits into the account, I was charged a $5 fee, which puts my account over drawn and unable to be closed without me going into a branch. This whole experience has been nothing but one inconvenience after another, after another, after another. What a horrible decision it was to open my account with them in the first place.
