Horrible debt consolidation

I decided to take out a consolidation loan with FNB. They consolidated some accounts and 2 existing fnb loans. Everything was fine until I saw that I was charged Interest on the loans after the loans were "settled" i could not understand why the interest was not included in the loans settlement amounts especially because these settlements were done and quoted in-house. its not like you have to get the information form another bank. I called your call center and was told that the necessarily adjustments would be done to credit the interest and a refund would be done, to my surprise on a small fraction of the money was refunded I feel like i have been ****med by FNB and Im really dissapointed in how the whole matter has been handled. i called in again yesterday and was told ill be called back until Im still waiting its 24 hours later.
