Horrible customer service with FNB ***** analyst Dineo Letsoko!!

Horrible customer service from FNB after they have been unable to help me. An eWallet was *****ulently reversed and FNB said they cannot help me with retrieving the funds as they had already been used. That is not an issue with me I understand it. My issue is with the FNB ***** analyst Dineo Letsoko who has decided to ignore my requests for documentation or confirmation of case details that will help me get help somewhere else since they were unable to help. Prior to ignoring my emails, Dineo Letsoko seemed to have a comprehension issue, where I would ask for one thing and she would give a completely off response. It's either she doesn't care or struggles with comprehension, which is a serious issue considering she deals with ***** cases, which is basically crime. I am deeply disappointed in FNB and would recommend they provide her with further training or just hire more competent people
