Horrible Customer Service

FNB seems to be going backwards when it comes to customer service.

I never know what to expect anymore.

I am waiting for a FNB Connect Delivery, Nobody called to confirm my address or delivery time like before.

I received an sms stating that my delivery will be before 5. No problem, it will probably be long before that as all the previous deliveries have been in the morning.

15:30, I call the number given in sms to find out if i should wait for the delivery driver or if he won't be making it, I am told that the driver will call back.

No call, I usually leave the office @ 15:00, I wait until 16:45, Still no delivery.

A few minutes before 17:00 I receive a call from the driver asking directions? So he is not even close. I tell him that I have tried making arrangements and that he will have to deliver the next day, this does not seem to be a problem.

So this morning I receive a sms that i have missed delivery, that I will be charged for this delivery and that i should call *** to avoid cancellation.

Nobody is answering this number.

Why should I be penalized for FNB's miscommunication?

A few years ago i took out a 1G, this caused me to not have access to caller ID without paying for it,***?

So in March 2019, I cancel this 1G because I was told that only prepaid sims have free caller ID, I cancel this plan and ask to be switched back to prepaid. Still no caller ID!

My husband asked FNB connect to call him back with regards to a cell almost 2 weeks ago, still no call!

When I first opened the account with FNB I had a different number than my current one, I have updated this number @ the Olympus branch several times, I still receive notifications to this number, I have even spoken to the bank over the phone. FNB is unable to update this number and some of my OTP's are going to this old number, how is this safe banking if my personal OTP's are going to the wrong number? .

My husband's sms' are also going to my new number, instead of to his number. How do we know that some stranger isn't receiving our confidential information? We have also requested that this be updated several times, with no joy.

I don't trust this anymore.
